What is SmartPMS?
SmartPMS is a data-driven software used to predict the condition of streets in urban environments. Not only can it predict the condition of the streets, but it can also provide a prioritized list of interventions optimized for overall improvement.
The map is a case study for the municipality of Palermo (Italy), displaying the quality of the streets based on big data and predictions of future conditions derived from the same data.
